The hand and forearm also seem to come down from the heavens, again an echo of the moral themes. The tattoo on the forearm has its own obviously chilling evocations. <br /><br />Third, the image and background are slightly askew of the right angles of the gray frame. <br /><br />The overall look indeed reminds me of the graphic arts of the time. A Google image search for Peter Gunn confirmed this.<br /><br />I am delighted and grateful to be a small part of this big thing.J.D.
